Turners is conducting an internationally knowledge based introductory coaching Certification program "Thinking the Unthinkable - Transformational Coaching with Inner Rhythm".

Most of us might have experienced that the resources deployed by way of money and time to create and build skills in the people through various training programs does not give us returns as expected. Reasons being when people return to their work place the reality “out there” hasn’t changed, the old prevailing habits devour the individual back to ‘muddy waters’ despite the individuals desire to create change.
